Objective:To provid evidence in order to ensure clinical curative effect, evaluate internal quality of Compound Danshen Tablet roundly from different pharmaceutical factories. Methods:First, refer to pertinent literature about Compound Danshen Tablet, comprehend research overview about it, and settle foundation for empirical studyabout it.second, compare the internal quality of Compound Danshen Tablet from different pharmaceutical factories from the manufacturing pharmacy angle including uniformity of tablet core, tablet weight variation, disaggregation time and so on.Third, compare relative amount of borneol and salvianolic acid B with the TLC method. Fourth, compare contents of salvianolic acid B, the water-solubility representative composition in Salvia miltiorrhiza, tanshinonellA, the liposolubility representative composition in Salvia miltiorrhiza, Notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rg1, Ginsenoside Rb1Result:There were many differences among Compound Danshen Tablet from different pharmaceutical factories in uniformity of tablet core, disaggregation time, contents of salvianolic acid B,tanshinoneâ…¡A,Notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rgl, Ginsenoside Rbl while there few among different batchesfrom the same pharmaceutical factories. There were many differences in the tablet weight variation. among Compound Danshen Tablet from different pharmaceutical factories and different batches from the same pharmaceutical factories.conclusions:There were many differences in internal quality of Compound Danshen Tablet among Compound Danshen Tablet from different pharmaceutical factories, which can result in larger difference of clinical therapeutic effect.
