Observations On Curative Effect Of Measles Vaccine And Compound Danshen Tablet In Curing Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

Objective: To observe the curative effect of measles vaccine and compound danshen tablet on curing RAU.Methods : One hundred and eighteen cases were randomly assigned to two study groups. The experimented group uses measles vaccine injection once a week and takes compound danshen tablet. The control groups uses thymoptioum injection three days a time and takes vitamin B2.Results: The curative rate of experimented group (85.29%) is higher than that of control group (16%). The recurrent rate of experimented group (8.79%) is lower than that of control group (44%). Compared with the control group there are obvious difference (P<0.001).Conclusion: Measles vaccine and compound danshen tablet have a good effect on treating RAU. There was no side-effect in the course of the treatment. It can be widely applied in clinical practice.
