Objective:To explore the full posterior lumbar laminectomy, interbody fusio n with pedicle screw fixation in degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis in the cli nical value, and a number of related issues to discuss. Methods:Posterior extens ive laminectomy, interbody fusion pedicle screw system fixation. On the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM Orthopedics 2007.1~2009.12 due to deg enerative lumbar spinal stenosis Lumbar posterior line of the whole laminectomy, i nterbody fusion with pedicle screw fixation system, and a complete follow-up data analysis of 54 patients were studied using JOA back pain and disorders efficacy ev aluation (29 points) evaluation after 1,3,9 and 18 months of the efficacy and co mpare the phases of improvement rate. Results:The posterior lumbar laminectomy whole, interbody fusion with pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of senile dege nerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis without serious complications, after 1,3,9 and 18 months follow-When the average effect of a good prospective rates were 86.37%,86.64%,86.88%,87.64%of its excellent rate of both phases of review of the improvement was no significant difference (P> 0.05) Conclusion:The wide po sterior lamina decompression and fusion pedicle screw fixation is the treatment of multi-segmental lumbar spinal canal stenosis of the effective means, with a thorou gh decompression, postoperative recovery of neurological function is good, a hig her rate of interbody fusion and so on. The surgical treatment for degenerative lum bar spinal stenosis effects of a more satisfactory surgical.
