Literature research:on the basis of literature gathering, the study gets understanding of nurse authori ty of prescription both domestic and overseas. At present, nurses in our country do not have the right to make a prescription, while the nurse authority of prescription has a long history in British, America and Switzerland. According to appling the relative analysis of literature theory, this study will take the influence factors of the nurse authority of prescription as the theoretical basis.2. Delphi Method:taking the extensive research of literature as theoretical basis, combined with the actual situation in our country, set an initial questionnaire, expert prediction.3. The Analytical Hierarchy Process:the study will evaluate the promoting factors and all relative factors of the nurse authority of prescription. On the basis of the hierachical structural model, to invite the clinical nurse specialist to compare the relative importance among indices, so as to establish judgement matrix, and come to a conclusion of various factors power of the nurse authority of prescription.4. Statistical method:validity monitoring is available to results. The study draw a conclusion that the promoting factors of nurse authority of prescription, which include 10secong-class index,29 third-class index, are divided into four aspects:policy, education, administration and practice. By weight setting, different index have different levels of impotence, which provide the basis for making nurse authority of prescription in china.
