ObjectiveThis investigation was done to show the incidence and significance of Ki-67, p53 expression in triple negative breast cancer.MethodsThe surgical specimens come from 183 breast carcinoma specimens were analyzed to detect P53, Ki-67 expression with immunohistochemical methods.ResultsThe expression rate of P53,Ki-67 in TNBC is higher than that of non-TNBC(P<0.05).The expression rate of P53,Ki-67 inâ…¢stage andâ…£stage breast cancer is higher than that ofâ… stage andâ…¡stage breast cancer.ConclusionHigh expression of P53,Ki-67 were correlated with the poor prognostic of TNBC.
