Research On The Diffusion Path Of Sudden Infectious Diseases Outbreak

In recent years, the frequent outbreak of public health emergencies, not only hindered the development of China's society and economy, but also endangered the social stability. When the public health departments in China dealt with these emergencies,they realized that there were existing obvious deficiency in public health emergencies sense of crisis,decision-making mechanism,organization and coordination and anti-epidemic control etc. Therefore this paper focused on details that is spread issues of sudden infectious diseases outbreak, on the one hand, to proof that after the outbreak of sudden infectious diseases events, it existed definitely that the secondary events in accordance with certain order successively occurred and influenced each other, on the other hand,it was hoped that the final diffusion path can give the relevant departments some advice to handle the similar public health emergencies.Based on crisis management theory, the chain of events theory and emergencies diffusion mechanism,through analyzing the nature, cause, characteristics and the influence factors of sudden infectious disease, it was ensured that after the sudden infectious diseases outbreak some secondary events will happen in a great probability and there are interactions among the secondary events.The scale in the questionnaire in this paper is designed by Likert scale principle.According to the principle of design and original data, using LISREL software calculated the covariance of original data and drew the diffusion path chart of the sudden infectious diseases outbreak, on the basis of the principle of t value estimated parameters, successively deleted coefficient was not significant, made the path analysis process repeat, considering concluded goodness-of-fit analysis report to judge whether to terminate model of adjustment, ultimately derived the diffusion path of sudden infectious disease outbreak.By analyzing the diffusion path of the sudden infectious diseases outbreak,it can be concluded that when sudden infectious disease outbreaks, it can lead to rumor spread, residents disease and vaccine research which was called the primary level secondary events, and rumor spread can lead to drug snapping up the secondary level secondary events, residents disease can lead to the hospital inability, personnel death and assembly restrictions which was called the secondary level secondary events.
