Objective:test the change of hs-CRP(hypersensitivity c-reactive protein) and SP-D (pulmonary surfactant protein-D)in serum of COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)patients after treatment and before treatment, and discuss the clinical magnificence to COPD.Method:Draw 41 patients of acute exacerbation COPD(AECOPD) before and after one week or two weeks treatment in random,to test the level of hs-CRP and SP-D in serum. Then select the 30 examples healthy emaminers to as the contrast groups and contrast the difference of the results between the two groups. At last the observed exmaniers be divided into smoking groups and non-smoking groups, then contrast the difference of the two groups.Results:(1)To acute aceration period patients, the level of hs-CRP and SP-D in serum are both higher than contrast groups.(2)After treatment in recovery period,in treatment group the level of hs-CRP and SP-D in serum are both lower than the level before been treated. In this test the level of hs-CRP in serum change more apparently than the level of SP-D in serum.(3)To contrast the AECOPD patients, the level of hs-CRP and SP-D in serum of smoking groups and non-smoking groups have no apparent difference after treatment and before treatment. To healthy examiners, the level of hs-CRP and SP-D in serum of smoking groups are higher than non-smoking groupsDiscuss:the increasing of the level of hs-crp and sp-d in serum maybe means the infectious states in human body, and can guide the clinical treatment of acute aceration period of copd. Then the decreasing of the two indexs are also reflex the recovery period of AECOPD,The sensitivity of hs-CRP(hypersensitivity c-reactive protein) is better than SP-D (pulmonary surfactant protein-D).The smoking has no influence to hs-CRP(hypersensitivity c-reactive protein) and SP-D (pulmonary surfactant protein-D)in serum of COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)patients...
