| Acute sinusitis is an acute inflammation of sinus mucosa with a high incidence of long duration and complex characteristics causes, clinical order nasal congestion, purulent nasal discharge flow, headache, impaired sense of smell and other symptoms as the main manifestation is a clinical common and frequently-occurring disease.Purpose: To observe the effects of the treatment of acute sinusitis Biyuan Tang lung wind-heat type of clinical efficacy.Methods: 60 patients with acute sinusitis patients (including chronic sinusitis and acute exacerbation, is a traditional Chinese medicine lung wind-heat type), single-blind randomized controlled parallel trial. Nasosinusitis soup with Chinese medicine (observation group) treated 30 cases, and with Pioneer IV (control group) in the treatment of 30 cases were compared.Results:(1) Observation group and control group, the total effective rate was 83.3% and 73.3%. Observation group and control group, the total efficiency of Ridit test were compared by statistical analysis, no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05), the overall effect of the two groups fairly.(2) Observed group of patients with nasal obstruction can be improved, Nongti, headache, hyposmia in various individual symptoms, and can reduce nasal swelling, nasal secretions and other signs of reduction, by t test, two different single symptoms and signs were significantly different between (p <0.05), its all for the improvement of individual symptoms and signs, the observation group than the control group.(3) Can effectively reduce the observation group of patients with elevated white blood cell count white blood cell count, by t test, no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05), lower white blood cell count in both groups a considerable effect onConclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute sinusitis Biyuan Tang lung wind-heat type has a better clinical effect. |
