| Aim:The thesis is to know about the sanitation situation of China and the neighboring countries of Xinjiang, discuss about the experience and shortcomings in the aspects of medical care in different nations, instruct and develop the cooperation and communication in medical care and education between Xinjiang and its neighboring countries, by doing which, we can adjust to the international demand of the medical market. Methods:Referred to bibliographies, consulting and comparisons, the medical support system, sanitation fees, citizen health level and sanitation resources in different nations are compared via the proportion of the total sanitation expense in GDP, the expected lifespan standard, children's death rate, pregnant and productive women's death rate, the numbers of doctors, nurses, accoucheuses and beds for patients per 10000 people, etc. Results:1. The medical expense from the government is lower than the individual expense in China; both the individual and government medical expense per person are lower than Russia Federation and Kazakhstan, but higher than other nations around Xinjiang; the experience of countries like India could be learned in terms of their coverage of medical expense.2. The Chinese medical support system has its own advantages, but the experience of the neighboring countries of Xinjiang could also be learned in many aspects.3. The expected lifespan and adult death rate in Xinjiang region and the whole China are more optimistic than Russia Federation. Although our other indicators are following that of Russia, they are far better than other neighboring countries of Xinjiang.4. The former socialism countries, e.g. Russia Federation, own abundant sanitation resources. The total sanitation resources in China are big, but because of the huge number of population, the average number per person is comparatively low, and Xinjiang has more these resources than its neighboring countries. Conclusion:By learning the experience of the neighboring countries, the Chinese government can play an essential role in medical care, and establish better medical support system; the government should also allocate more in medical care and improve the efficiency and fairness of the allocation; the medical market of the neighboring countries should be expanded in order to adjust to the international demand of the sanitation competition; and the medical cooperation and overseas education between Xinjiang region and the neighboring countries should be developed. |
