Explore The Shenqi Pills And Yougui Pills To The Influence Of Kidney Deficiency Rats About Kidney Cell Apoptosis And Expression Of Gene Bc1-2 And Fas In The Kidney Tissues

Objective:Explore the Different Mechanisms betwwen ShenQi pills and YouGui bolus from the molecular biology level according to the research about bcl-2, fas gene expression of renal cell apoptosis in rat kidney tissue with kidney deficiency caused by "Fatigue and Sexual strain plus gentamicin ".Methods:"Fatigue and Sexual strain plus gentamicin "Rat Kidney Model Law and Shenqi Pill, You Gui Pill group therapy, labo-ratory rats were measured serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen after the end of expire-ment, TUNEL detection of apoptosis,Immunohistochemical detection of renal tissue expression of bcl-2 and fas.Results:1. Modeling is complete, kidney deficiency symp-toms appear in the model, mainly fatigue, listlessness, after swimming with active co-ngestion, active low, cold chills, fur is not shiny, thin stool.2. Renal function was ex-amined serum appears BUN (blood urea nitrogen), Cr (creatinine) was significantly increased, indicating the model was successful. After treatment, Cr, BUN have to resume the trend.3. Apoptosis TUNEL showed positive cells in model group were obviously higher than the normal group, drug intervention group was lower than the model group.4. Immunohistochemistry results showed that fas expression in the order of the model group,youGui Wan Group, shenqi pill group, control group. The Bcl-2 expression in the order of the control group, kidney pill group YouguiWan group and blank group.5. Pathology revealed:the model group, You Gui Wan Group, kidney pill group had pathological damage, the model group and YouguiWan has serious damage, shenqi pills group has relatively light damage,Control group:structure and organization of normal.Conclusion:The kidney deficiency model is successfully established according to "Fatigue and Sexual strain plus gentamicin,and kidney deficiency symptoms in rats are improved by medication,on the whole, shenqi pill is better than the yougui Pill Apoptosis induced by inhibition of fas gene and increased inhibition of apoptosis bcl-2 gene expression, shenqi pill and yougui pill inhibited renal cell apoptosis and improve renal pathology, however,shenqi pill group are prior to yougui wan group.
