| Purpose:This topic monitors Diabetic nephropathies (DN) patients'changes in relevant symptoms and indicators before and after treatment to explore Tangshenkang granules'advantages of DN patients'renal function and blood sugar,blood lipid.Methods:A total of 60 patients observed are hospitalized patients in my hospital in October 2008-October 2009,ho meet in the internationally recognized scholar of Denmark Mogensen of the scientific diagnostic criteria for diabetic nephropathy (III, IV).The experimental group were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were requested to be low-sugar low-fat diet,and subcutaneousing Novolin 30R to control blood glucose 2 times a day.The experimental group were given Tangshenkang granules while the control group were treated with Captopril Tablets. Course of treatment were 2 months. Clinical symptoms and urinary microalbumin, serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN).blood sugar (BS),lipids and other changes were observed before and after treatment.Results:The experimental group are significantly better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of drinking more than thirst,frequenting urination quantity,limbing edema and limping waist and knees,reducing urinary albumin and the BS,BUN,LDL (P＜0.01)Conclusion:Tangshenkang granules has a significant effect in improving the main clinical symptoms and it has a significant effect in reducing urinary albumin. improving the renal function and regulating blood sugar and blood lipid.
