Clinical Research Of Zi Shen Gu Chong Decoction In Treating The Non-bleeding Phase Of Adolescent Anovalatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zi Shen Gu Chong(ZSGC) Decoction in treating the non-bleeding phase of adolescent anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and to explore its mechanism. Methods:60 patients with kidney-Yin-deficiency-type adolescent DUB were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases, treated with ZSGC Decoction) and control group (30 cases, treated with Liu Wei Di Huang soft capsules), effects were observed in patients with menstruation; treatment improvement in symptoms before and after treatment; before and after treatment of women reproductive endocrine hormones (E2, P, FSH, LH), hemoglobin, ovarian artery blood flow, serum zinc and copper content, basal body temperature and other indicators of changes. The patients recovered and marked effective in the two groups were followed for 3 months and compared the rate of reproduction of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Results:The total effective rates of treatment group and control group in improving menstruation were 93.33%,73.33%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate of TCM syndrome of treatment group and control group was 90%, respectively,66.67%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05); after treatment,the differences of the treatment groups and control groups were significant(P<0.05) in improving the reproductive endocrine hormone levels,improving the ovarian blood supply, increasing of serum zinc, copper content with the treatment of earlier; the difference between the treatment groups and the control groups were significant (P<0.05);The treatment group and control group can significantly improve hemoglobin levels (P<0.05), but there were no difference between the two groups(P> 0.05);The treatment group and control group can significantly improve the situation in basal body temprature, improv ovulation rate, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05); after follow-up, the difference between the treatment group and control group was significant(P <0.05) in reducing the reproduction rate of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Conclusion: The ZSGC Decoction is an effective recipe in treating non-haemorrhagic period of adolescent DUB.It can significantly improve symptoms in patients with kidney Yin deficiency and improve hemoglobin and serum E2, P, FSH, LH, zinc, copper content, improve the ovarian artery blood supply,ovulation rates and reduce reproduction rates of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Becase of its non-toxic side effects, it is worth further study.
