Objective:Through clinical data analysis, this research induced and analyzed the method of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Professor Ding Shuwen curing angina pectoris by the method of clearing away the heat-evil and expelling superficial evils. Summarize his academic thought completely. Method:Through the electronic out-patient clinic case file we constructed the data bank of coronary heart disease(CHD), collected 150 case files of definite of CHD patients, choosed 120 complete case files, and grouped them into 2 groups including the clearing away heat-evil and expelling superficial evils group and the non-clearing away heat-evil and expelling superficial evils one. Through the multiple logistics regression analysis(forward wald method), we gained the regression equation of heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs with regard to the characteristic of the toxic heat pattern of CHD. Results:1. In the 82 cases of clearing away heat-evil and expelling superficial evils group, huanglian 62 (70.7%), huangqin 26 (31.7%), lianqiao 18 (22%), zhizi l7 (20.7%), banzhilian 13 (15.9%), huangbai 10 (12.2%), dahuang 10(12.2%),xixiancao 3(3.7%),zaoxiu 2(2.4%)。2. Initially made the equation of clearing away heat-evil and expelling superficial evils group, such as yellow coated tongue, red tongue, male, and eld are the major dialectical syndromes.
