The Discussion About The Method Of Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation Of Professor Ding Shuwen Curing Primary Hypertension According To The Theory Of Toxic Heat

Objective: Through clinical data analysis,this research induced and analyzed the method of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Professor Ding Shuwen curing primary hypertension by the method of clearing away the heat-evil and expelling superficial evils.Summarize his academic thought completely.Method:Through the electronic out-patient clinic case file we constructed the data bank of primary hypertension (HP), collected 250 case files of definite of HP patients, choosed 194 complete case files, and grouped them into 2 groups including the clearing away heat-evil and expelling superficial evils group and the non- clearing away heat-evil and expelling superficial evils one. Through the multiple logistics regression analysis(forward wald method), we gained the regression equation of heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs with regard to the characteristic of the toxic heat pattern of HP.Results:1. In the 171 cases of clearing away heat-evil and expelling superficial evils group, huanglian 152(88.9%),huangqin 33(19.3%),huangbo 26(15.2%),zhizi 106(62.0%),xixiancao 81(10.5%),xuanshen 17(10.0%),bingpian 59(34.5%),lingyangfen 48 (28.2%),lianqiao 5(2.9%),niuhuang 4(2.3%),dahuang 22(12.9%),juhua 12 (7.1%)。2. Initially made the equation of clearing away heat-evil and expelling superficial evils group, such as long course of disease and high cholesterol are the major dialectical syndromes.Conclusion:Professor Ding thought highly of long course of disease and high cholesterol.
