Research Of Immune Status Of 117 Cases Of Shi Re Yu Jie Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

ObjectiveThis study research the humoral immune and T lymphocyte of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis pattern, to find the laws of their immune disorders, in order to further explore whether there is to improve Pelvic local environment, adjust the partial pelvic immune efficacy.MethodInto 117 cases of patients with standard of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis pattern from June 2008 to January 2010 in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital outpatient and inpatient gynecological patients.Detect their humoral immune and T lymphocyte before treatment by Flow Cytometry(FCM).Data obtained will be entered computer,established database and collated by using Excel data.Then,they are dealed with SPSS13.0 statistical software for data X2 test, frequency analysis, cluster analysis, Logist regression analysis.Results1. There are significant immune differences exist among the patients who suffered from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis pattern. The most common one is the difference of CD4+/CD8+ among all the others,which is the highest for 25 cases,accounting for21.37%.2. The totality of immune imbalance of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis pattern is 71 cases.Their immune abnormalities are various types,and the frequency of C3 value and the value of C4 reduce is the highest for 10 cases, accounting for 14.08% of immune imbalance.3. The immune abnormalities of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp-heat stasis pattern has positive correlation with the duration and motherhood times, there are significant differences among the patients with the duration more than one year, as well as the ones who had be pregnant for more than three times. (P<0.05)4. There is correlation between the different time of the menstruational cycle and the immune imbalance, that is immune imbalance appeared easily during the menstrual period.5. The immune abnormalities have no direct relevance with age increase. (P>0.05)ConclusionThere is phenomenon of immune imbalance among the patients who suffered from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis pattern,which is increasing with the duration and motherhood times and the most obvious in menstrual performance.
