Clinic Study On Pen-Yan-Kang Granule For Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

[Objective]To estimate the clinical effect of Pen-Yan-Kang Granule on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and observe bad influence to human body. [Methods]The research method of random,dcmble blind and parallel contrast were used.The symptoms,signs and ultrasound-B's examination of patients treated with Pen-Yan-Kang Granule were compared to patients treated with Fu-Le medicine after two courses of treatment. Observe the patient's side effect to medicine and measure the patients' blood,urinary,stool routine test,ECG,liver and kidney function at pre-treatment and post-treatment respectively. [Result]Clinical effect: the effective rates of treatment group's symptoms and control group's are 76.67%,46.67% respectively , with obvious difference between them(P<0.01).The effective rates of signs are 70.00%,43.33% respectively, with obvious difference between them(P<0.05). The two groups' total effective rates are 76.66%,43.33% respectively, with obvious difference between them(P<0.05).Safty analysis : examination results of blood . urine. stool. liver and kidney function before and after treatment are normal.No side effect was found. [Conclusion]Pen-Yan-Kang Granule is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.lt is worth further researching and widely using on clinic.
