Objectives:To study the expression and mutation of EGFR gene in non-small cell lung cancer. Promote the development of TKI medicine treatment in NSCLC patients in GuangXi .Methods:1: With real-time PCR , 76 Lung cancer samples , 23 adjacent samples and 8 lung samples of non-cancer were selected to detect the expression of EGFR .2: With DNA suquence analysis method (derect sequencing) and CR-SSCP, 76 NSCLC samples in GuangXi were selected to dectect the mutation status and type of the 19th and 21th exon in EGFR.Results:1: We detected that the expression of EGFR in lung cancer samples was high (P<0.05). There was no obvious relation between the expression of EGFR and Pathology type, gender, age , nation and smoking index (P>0.05) . The expression in theⅢ~Ⅳstages was higher than that in theⅠ~Ⅱstages , and that with Lymphatic Metastasis was higher than that without Lymphatic Metastasis (P<0.05) .2: EGFR mutation rate in NSCLC patients in GuangXi wan 3.9% , which had no relation with Pathology type , nation , age , gender ,stages and smoking index (P>0.05) .3: EGFR mutation rate in the NSCLC patients with lymphatic metastasis was not higher than than that without lymphatic mestastasis (P=0.02). Conclusions:1: There was high expression in cancer tissue of NSCLC patients in GuangXi, which was related with the clinic stages of tumour and whether lymph gland transfers.2: EGFR mutation rate in NSCLC patients in GuangXi was low, which was higher in that with lymphatic mestastasis than without lymphatic mestastasis, which indicated that EGFR mutation in NSCLC patients may be a later period case .
