Objective:To evaluate the anesthetic effect of total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA) with target-controlled infusion of propofol with remifentanil in the practice of laparoscopic cholecytectomy. Methods:The first group, twenty patients needing for laparoscopic cholecytectomy were anesthetized by total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA) with target-controlled infusion of propofol(4.0~2.Oug/ml) and remifentanil(5.0~2.0 ng/ml). The second group, twenty patients needing for laparoscopic cholecytectomy were anesthetized by total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA) with continous infusion of propofol(4~10 mg.kg-1.h-1) and remifentanil(5~22ug.kg-1.h-1).Mean artieral pressure(MAP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2)were monitored contionously for twenty-three times. Results:SBP,DBP,MAP in group TCI were much lower than group CI(P<0.05).There were three patients vomiting, two tachycardia, one hypotension, one restles, zero hypertension in group TCI,while in group CI,four patients vomiting, ten tachycardia, seven hypotension, one restles, five hypertension. Conclusion:Compared with CI, total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA) with target-controlled infusion of propofol with remifentanil can provide better anesthetic effect in laparoscopic cholecytectomy. The proper drug concentration is propofol(4.0~2.Oug/ml) and remifentanil (5.0~2.0 ng/ml).
