| Obiective:To explore the relationship between prethrombotic state(PTS) and prehypertension by studying the changes of prethrombotic markers in patients with prehypertension.Methods:150 subjects were selected from outpatient and health examination serum homocysteine (Hcy),plasma P-selectin(Ps),blood platelet count(BPC),mean platelet volume(MPV),plasma fibrinogen(Fg),plasma D-dimer(DD) were measured in 75 patients with prehypertension and 75 healthy controls. After investigating the changes of all these markers in these two groups,we explored the correlationship of them and mean arterial pressure (MAP)Results:1,Comparison of the levels of Hcy, BPC,MPV, Ps,Fg and DD between prehypertension patients and healthy controls Comparing with healthy controls, The levels of Hcy,MPV,Ps,Fg,DD were significantly higher in prehypertension group(all P<0.001),BPC was also higher, but P<0.05.2,Correlationship of Hcy, BPC,MPV,Ps,Fg,DD and MAP between prehypertension group and healthy group Scatterplots displayed that the levels of all these markers were increasing with the increasing level of MAP,Linear correlation ananlysis found that the levels of Hcy,BPC,MPV, Ps,Fg and DD were correlated with the level of MAP(r=0.518, P<0.001;r=0.76,P< 0.001;r=0.170,P<0.05; r=0.22,P<0.05;r=0.264,P<0.001;r=0.491,P<0.001).After adjusting Hcy,BPC,MPV,Fg and DD,Ps was still correlated with the level of MAP (r=0.655,P<0.001).Conclusion:1,The levels of Hcy,Ps,BPC,MPV,Fg and DD were significantly higher in prehypertension group displayed that prethrombotic state is present in patients with prehypertension.2,The levels of all these markers were obviously increasing with the increasing level of MAP indicated that the increasing of the level of blood pressure may aggravate prethrombotic state. |
