| Object:To investigate the expressions ofβ-defensin-2 (HBD-2), Interleukin-lβ(IL-lβ), nuclear- factor-κB p65 (NF-KBp65) in the skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris in the role of psoriasis.Methods:1. Specimens were collected from 45 patients with psoriasis and 15 normal human controls. The expressions of HBD-2, IL-lβ, NF-KBp65 in the lesion organizations of 45 psoriasis patients, the non-lesional tissues of 45 patients with psoriasis and 15 normal skin samples were measured by SP immunohistochemical method. The comparison and the correlation of HBD-2,IL-lβand NF-κBp65 expression in different groups.2. Psoriasis disease activity was evaluated by PASI (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index). According to PASI scores, the patients were divided into three groups:psoriasis light 25,moderate 12 and severe 8. To investigate HBD-2,IL-lβand NF-KBp65 expression. the comparison and the correlation analysis of the HBD-2, IL-lβ, NF-KBp65 expression in these three groups.Results:1. With normal skin and psoriasis patients compared with non-lesional, psoriatic lesions area, the expression of HBD-2, IL-lβ, NF-KBp65 increased significantly, rather than lesional HBD-2, IL-lβ, the expression is also higher than those of the normal skin, there were significant differences (all P<0.05).2. the expression of HBD-2, IL-lβand NF-KBp65 were significantly higher in the lesions of the patient with severe psoriasis than those in the control or moderate or light psoriasis group (all P<0.05),and the expression of HBD-2, IL-lβand NF-KBp65 in the moderate psoriasis group was significantly higher than those in the control or light (all P<0.05), and the expression of HBD-2, IL-lβand NF-KBp65 in the control psoriasis group was significantly higher than those in the light (all P<0.05).3. In the psoriasis area, HBD-2 and IL-lβ, HBD-2 and NF-κBp65, IL-lβand NF-icBp65 expression were positive correlation (r=0.869,0.740,0.814 respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion:1.HBD-2, IL-lβin normal skin, psoriatic non-lesional areas of psoriatic lesion area of expression was gradually increased, suggesting that HBD-2, IL-lβand psoriasis vulgaris The occurrence and development are closely related.2. NF-κB p65 in the expression of psoriatic lesion area increased, suggesting that NF-κB p65 and is closely related to the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.3. These results suggest that HBD-2, IL-lβ, NF-κB p65 in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris expression were increased, and there were positive correlations between the three, we speculated that there may be mutual among Role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis to participate in the process. |
