Detection the HBD-2ã€HBD-3and IL-1β expression of mild group, moderate group and severe group lesions. Results The gene expression of HBD-2ã€HBD-3and IL-1β of the lesions skin tissues significantly increased than patients with psoriasis of the non-lesion tissues and the normal skin control group (P<0.01). The gene expression of HBD-2ã€HBD-3and IL-1β of non-lesion tissues in patients with psoriasis significantly increased than that of the normal skin in healthy people (P <0.01). The gene expression of HBD-2ã€HBD-3and IL-1β of the psoriatic lesion area in the mild groupã€the moderate group and the severe group were in turn increase, the comparison between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01). In the lesions skin tissues of patients with psoriasis, the expression level of HBD-2ã€HBD-3ã€IL-1β and PASI score was a positive correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that HBD-2ã€HBD-3and IL-1β expression were increased in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris. and there were positive correlations between HBD-2and IL-1βã€HBD-3and IL-1β, we assumed that HBD-2ã€HBD-3and IL-1β may be mutual interaction involved in the mechanism of psoriasis vulgaris to participate in the process. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Psoriasis, β-defensin-2, β-defensin-3, Interleukin1β | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
