| Acne is a kind of the involvement of seborrhea glands of chronic inflammation skin disease, which is commonly occurred in adolescent, also known as the "whelk." It is also seen in the Sebum overflow parts such as the face and chest back parts, and often is presented with black and white acne, papula, pus scar, nodules, palsy mark. The incidence is about 85 percent so higher in teenagers (12-24 years),and this seriously influences the beautiful. Acne rehabilitation yin was form of the oral liquid made from loquat leaf, cortex mori radicis, Radix Scutellariae, rhizoma coptidis, chrysanthemum, Spreading Hedyotis Herb, root of rehmannia, figwort, Salvia, bark of ditlany, Tree Peony Bark, Spike, pearl barley, LiquoricRoot, by extraction and concentrate according to pipa qingfei yin combinated huanglian jiedu tang add and subtract .It is mainly suitable for the lung and stomach heat retention and Liver depression of blood stasis. This thesis explores the influence of Acne rehabilitation yin to acne animals from the Diameter of Sebaceous Gland and Area of Hair Follicle, SP expression, Hemorheology and so on. This experiment is divided into four groups: Sham, the model group, white-floored snake lotion outside wash group, Acne rehabilitation yin group. The other three groups were build mode except Sham, aftersuccessfully performed. Model group and Sham group were perfused a stomach with NS by 1ml/100g, 2 times/d. Acne rehabilitation yin group with Acne rehabilitation yin oral liquid by 1ml/100g, 2 times/d, white-floored snake lotion outside wash group with White-floored snake lotion, 2 times/d, every time about 1 mL, for 20 days continuously. After 20 days, do the macroscopic observation and pathologic biopsy in the right ear (no deaths appear) of white rabbit right ear, then histopathologic study. Main outcome measures included acne vulgaris in rabbit model histological differentiation degrees, Diameter of Sebaceous Gland and Area of Hair Follicle, SP expression, Hemorrheology learn measurement. After 35 days, Compared with sham group, the Diameter of Sebaceous Gland and Area of Hair Follicle, SP expression, Hemorheology increased in model group; Compared with model group, the Diameter of Sebaceous Gland and Area of Hair Follicle, SP expression, Hemorheology decreased In Acne rehabilitation yin group and white-floored snake lotion outside wash group, and the Acne rehabilitation yin group were significantly lower than those of white-floored snake lotion outside wash group. Prompting that:1. Acne rehabilitation yin can restrain secretion of sebaceous gland, and shows more effective in the treatment of acne .Its anti-inflammatory effect was the same as White-floored snake lotion.2.Acne is more complicated multi-factor interaction results, which also have certain correlation with Inflammation of the neuropeptide SP, hemorrheology in acne disease, sebaceous glands factors.3.The model in acne vulgaris rabbit made by coal tar was easy operation,high survival rate,easy to control the experiment,worthy of spreading. |
