| Medical ultrasound images have become the most commonly and important auxiliary examination means in obstetrics and gynecology . Whether female reproductive organs or the embryo and fetus in uterine after pregnancy, ultrasound images can be quickly and clearly imaging out the reproductive organs physiological or pathological form of the organization and the development status of embryos and fetal in uterine. Make the patients can quickly get results with the noninvasive inspection instrument. The clinicians according to the results make the corresponding clinical diagnosis rapidly. But patients because of its individual difference and have different clinical symptoms and related diseases, which requires the clinicians understand and master the imaging of various disease. Increasing cure rate of the patients with benign disease to relieve their pains, through early detection and early treatment. Improve the malignant disease patients'living quality and survival. Women of gynecological diseases often occur in uterine and ovary, where is the ultrasound images of the easy found lesions. Most studies show that female gynecological diseases especially uterine and ovarian malignant disease, which already tend to increase.Object: The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical diagnostic value of gynecological ultrasonography diagnosis in endometrial lesions.Methods: Analysis all the cases'ages , ultrasound images and pathology results of our hospital have been received and cured, who suffered from endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyps and endometrial carcinoma, from June 2006 to June 2010.Results: The endometrial polyps and endometrial hyperplasia belong to benign diseases. The benign diseases'morbidity is higher than the malignant disease. The Endometrial benign lesions accounted for 2/3. The endometrial polyps'onset ages between 40-49 years, then the endometrial carcinoma's between 50-59 years. Among the patients of endometrial carcinoma, there has 86.88% endometrial carcinoma been diagnosed as endometrial adenocarcinoma by pathology. And the cases have been increasing in recent years according to the analysis about it. Taking the critical point as 4mm for menopausal women, who accompanied with vaginal irregular bleeding and vaginal abnormal flow liquid in this study. When the patient's accompanied with these symptoms, and their endometrial thickness was equal or greater than 4mm, there have 78.16% were diagnosed for endometrial carcinoma. This diagnosis method's sensitivity is 95.77%. Meanwhile, comparing the staging of the preoperative MRI with the postoperative histopathological. The results showed that the MRI superior to ultrasound in infeingement of uterine and depth.Conclusion: 1.The occurrence of endometrial lesions correlate with age and endometrial thickness. 2.Taking the menopausal patients accompanied with vaginal bleeding or abnormal flow liquid and their endometrial thickness was equal or greater than 4mm, as diagnostic criteria of endometrial carcinoma. This diagnosis method is highly sensitive. 3.The preoperative imaging appear that the MRI superior to the transvaginal ultrasound in judging the infringing depth. So clicians timely stage the endometrial carcinoma and accurate the individual treatment plan by the patients preoperative MRI. Increasing the survival and quality of life for the patients who suffered from endometrial carcinoma. |
