Analysis On Diagnosis And Treatment Of1085Cases With Endometrial Polyp By Hysteroscopy Combined With Transvaginal Ultrasound

Objective：The purpose of this study is to improve the diagnosis rateand the prognosis by analyzing the clinical characteristics,diagnosis andtreatment of endometrial polyp.Materials and Methods：I made a retrospective analysis of1085patients of endometrial polyp who were admitted to the obstetrics andgynecology department of the first hospital of the Jilin University fromJan2007to Dec2012in this paper. With descriptive,retrospectivecomparative methods of analysis，I analyze patients’ age of onset, clinicalsymptoms, accessory examination, modus operandi, and aftertreatment.Results:1、694cases of premenopausal mainly for irregular vaginal bleedingor hypermenorrhea(account for63.96%),84cases of postmenopausalwomen mainly for a small amount of bleeding(account for7.75%).307cases is without any clinical symptoms in patients with ultrasoundfound(account for28.29%).2、According to the composition of theendometrium of endometrial polyps and the organization structure isdifferent,divided into three types:functional polyps,non-functional polypand gland fibroids polyp.3、Age and menoxenia are high risk factors ofthe endometrial polyps occur,every additional10years old,a1.75%increase in the risk of endometrial polyps. Conclusion:1、The patient of endometrial polyps is mainly for growth andmenopausal transition period women.2、Pregnancy and abortion are relate to the endometrial polyp.3、Ultrasound and hysteroscope examination is the main method ofdiagnosis of endometrial polyps， the preferred treatment aboutendometrial polyps is hysteroscopy endometrial polyps resection.
