Observation Of Magnet Combined With Low-frequency Electric Stimulation Acupuncture To Treat Simple Obesity Patients

To observe magnets and low-frequency electric stimulation in contrast with needle acupuncture treatment to measure the the clinical curative effect of overweight and obesity.This study in clear diagnostic criteria, the inclusion criteria, exclusion standard based on 60 from guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine first affiliated hospital acupuncture clinic. the simple obesity patients PEMS 3.1 statistical software randomly divided into treatment group (electromagnetic magnetic bead treatment group) and the control group (needle acupuncture group) 2 groups of each 30 cases. The treatment group using magnetic beads combined with electronic devices operate method; The control group using acupuncture, electronic instrument union, treatment time for 30 minutes,2 days 1 times,10 times for a treatment.Two groups of patients were performed with normal diet, the more appropriate. Control the bland diet high fat food intake. Two treatment group 1 treatment with 2 treatment after observed before and after treatment, after the clinical curative effect of differences.1.The two groups had the similar patients, gender, age, duration, and TCM symptoms points (P> 0.05)2. Results showed that in the first group there were 2-case cured,18-case were significantly improved,9-case had some effect, and 1-case were non-effective among 30-case in treat group, and the total effective rate is 96.67%;In the second group there were 3-case cured,19-case were significantly improved,6-case were had some effect, and 2-case were non-effective among 30-case in control group, and the total effective rate is 93.33%.There were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). The treatment and control group showed notable improvement after treatment. In addition, other indexes showed significant differences except for the bust areas (P< 0.05).Each index comparison between groups, shows no significant difference. As for the comparison of symptoms, the treatment group effective rate of intestinal stasis, general lassitude, heat intolerance hyperhidrosis were 63.33%,73.33%,63.33% respectively, and data of the control group were 10%,23.33%,30%respectively. There was significant difference between two groups in these symptoms(P<0.05).Electromagnetic treatment and Electroacupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on simple obesity, therefore no significant difference between the two therapies. And there was more apparent improvement in the symptoms of intestinal stasis, general lassitude, heat intolerance hyperhidrosis in the treatment group than that in the control group. Also, the longer the treatment time, the better the curative effect.
