In recent years,China's public health emergencies frequently occur,the coverage of the study also increase. Public health emergencies reported as a specific concept and scope of the study are from the SARS outbreak began. SARS gave the government and the media a serious lesson. After SARS, our government modified and supplemented the information distribution of public health emergency,the media obtained a wider space for reporting public health emergencies. From public health emergencies reported practice during the past several years, the level of relevant reports has been greatly improved, in the dissemination of ideas, reporting time, reporting contents, and many aspects have made great progress. However, public health emergencies concerning wide fields, involving complex issues, there are still many problems, particularly the coverage of accident responsible type is not satisfactory. So it is essential to comb the public health emergencies' reports in China.This paper will be based on the crisis spread angle of view, use the journalism and communication, management theory in public health emergencies to in-depth comb the report system for public health emergencies:Clarify the concept and connotation of public health emergencies, try to study the present situation; Make clear the spread subject and spread reported principle in emergent public health events; Inductive the progress of emergent public health events'reports in China since SARS; Combining shanxi vaccine events, partial-locality analyse the public health incident reports'existing problems and try to put forward the improvement of emergent public health events reported strategy.The purpose is to give our government and public health emergencies in the media reports of the theoretical and practical reference and provide some useful reference.
