Objective:This article mainly discusses the association of the G894T polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene with the decompression effects and glucose and lipid metabolism of telmisartan in essential hypertensive patients in Dongxiang minority population in Gansu province.Methods:1.214 healthy people and 270 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in.2. After 10 weeks treatment,the number of 40 patients with diabetes mellitus listed hypertension, fasting glucose, triglicerids, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, blood serum uric acid are obviously decreased than before,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:T allele of eNOS 7th G894 T polymorphism involved in EH happen of Dongxiang people. T alleles carriers (298Glu-Asp) probably make NO product reduce participation EH incidence by Influence encoded eNOS activity.There is correlation between the G894T polymorphism of eNOS gene of hypertension and Telmisartan antihypertensive effects. G alleles carriers is superior to T alleles carriers on Telmisartan the antihypertensive effects, also can improve hypertension patients with diabetes mellitus glucolipid metabolism level.
