Objective:By observing the ECG QTc dispersion of the patients with diabatic retinopathy to discuss the cardiovascular complications risk of every syndrome type of the diabetic retinopathy patients.Method:We selected 117 patients who have been diagnosed as DR from January 2007 to October 2010 in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital. We recorded their general conditions incluing their age, sex, eye, course of disease (DM and DR),past medical history, specialist inspection of eyes, the first Glu and ECG, measure the time of QT and R-R,then calculatedQTd,QTcmax,QTcmin and QTcd.In addition, according to the principles which lay down by the national theropy deficiency and this elderly patient research professional committee and three types (deficiency of yin, deficiency of qi and yin, deficiency of yin and yang).40 healthy adults who medical in the same hospital were the control group. We used statistical software spss 13.0 to analyze,P<0.05 means the differentce has significant difference.Results:1.117 DR patients, The oldest one is 80 years old, and the young one is 43 years old; the average age for the onset ages is(62.91±8.55).2.In this cases,41 cases are type of deficiency of yin (35.04%,41/117), 54 cases are type of deficiency of qi yin, while 22 cases are type of deficiency of yin and yang (18.81%,22/117). The progress of TCM syndrome of DR is unrelated to gender, age and FBG (P>0.05)3. The observation group cases DM course for 34 years, the shortest longest march, average duration (11.790±7.443Y).Compare the course of disease of DM in DR groups of each TCM syndrome group, Three groups course of disease was statistically significant differences. The deficiency of yin (10.785±7.122Y), deficiency of qi yin (11.966±7.593Y) has statistically significant differences(P <0.05) compare to deficiency of yin and yang (13.227±7.212Y) 4. The difference of QTd,QTcmax,QTcmin,QTcd between DR group and control group was statistically significant (P<0.01)5.Three types of TCM syndrome difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), compare deficiency of qi yin and deficiency of Yin, Its differences are statistically significant (P<0.01), compare deficiency of yin and yang and deficiency of Yin, its differences were statistically significant (P<0.01); The QTcmax,QTcmin of each type of TCM syndrome difference has no statistically significant(P>0.05); The QTcd of each type of TCM syndrome difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), three groups compare to each, its differences were statistically significant (P<0.01); The TCM syndrome of DR and QTcd were positively correlated, as the syndrome changes from deficiency of to deficiency of qi yin and to deficiency of yin and yang, QTcd is on the rise.Conclusion:1. DM course longer, diabetic retinopathy patients developed into the likelihood of two empty of Yin and Yang.2. Patients with diabetic retinopathy of myocardial after highly uniformity enhancement, dynamic QTcd change can be observed as the effective index indicating diabetes heart disease.3. In this paper, as the syndrome changes from deficiency of yin to deficiency of qi yin and to deficiency of yin and yang, QTcd is on the rise. TO examine the DR patients every syndrome type the risk of cardiovascular disease,QTcd and QTc has certain clinical value for reference.
