Objective to observe the correlation between the fasting blood glucose(FBG) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP), FBGand hsCRP on the influence of the prognosis of patients with AMI.Methods Use retrospective study ,patients with AMI check-in cardiovascular deparment or geriatrics deparment of the second affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university and underwent coronary angiography in 2002 to 2009 year, the material of cases are relatively complete,without diabetes 378 cases , including male 237 cases, female 141 cases. According to the data of FBG and hsCRP grouping,divided into high FBG combined with high hsCRP group (group A,114case), high hsCRP combined with normal FBG (group B,90cases), high FBG combined with normal hsCRP (groupC,84cases), normal FBG combined with normal hsCRP (group D,60cases: control group), Statistical data of FBG and hsCRP in four groups, admission electrocardiogram, the coronary angiography vasculopathy, hospital mortality and complications.Results FBG and hsCRP data comparison in four groups : the FBG of group A and group C are increased, but the FBG of group A is higher; the FBG of group B and group D are normal, but in the normal range of FBG, the FBG of group B is higher than group D; the hsCRP of group A and group B are increased, but group A is higher; the hsCRP of group C and group D are normal, but in the normal range of hsCRP , the hsCRP of group C is higher than group D.Vasculopathy count and infarction area comparison in four groups: Each group multivasculopathy (double and three vasculopathy) proportion: group A is 47% , group B is 44% , group C is 39% ,group D is 30%; high FBG or/and high hsCRP (group A,B ,C) compared to control group (group D) have a higher proportion of multivasculopathy, high FBG combined with high hsCRP group (group A) has the highest proportion of multivasculopathy; four groups of vasculopathy count and infarction area has no significant difference (P > 0.05).Major complication and cardiac death of hospitalization in four groups:the control group (group D) compared to the high FBG combined with high hsCRP group (group A) ,the incidence of complications (heart failure, arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock) have significant difference (P <0.05). when FBG and hsCRP are normal(group D), the incidence of complications and cardiac death is lowest; When FBG and hSCRP are increased (group A), the incidence of complications and cardiac death during hospitalization is highest; When FBG or hsCRP is increased (group B or C), the incidence of complications and cardiac death is intermediate data.Conclusion In acute myocardial infarction, through the objective data of blood glucose and hsCRP showing FBG and inflammation have mutual induction relations,In acute myocardial infarction, high FBG combined with high hSCRP has the highest proportion of multivasculopathy and worst prognosis.
