A Correlation Analysis Of NGF Expression And Gallbladder Contractility

Objective:(1) To observe the nerve growth factor expression on different status of gallbladder contractibility;(2) To discuss the correlation of NGF and gallbladder contractibility.Methods:Conduct analysis of clinical data of 34 patients with cholecystolithiasis that were treated with Cholecystectomy in Haikou Hospital, Xiangya Medical College, the Central South University. Measure the level of gallbladder contractibility by B-ULTRASOUND preoperative. Collect the neck and bottom tissues of gallbladder. Expressions of NGF in the tissues were investigated by immunohisto-chemistry. Analyze measurement data and conduct statistical analysis using SPSS 13.0 software.Results:(1) The NGF expression in the bottom smooth muscle indicated significantly difference experimental group vs. control group (P <0.05);(2) The NGF expression in gallbladder smooth muscle in experimental group increased significantly the bottom vs. the neck (P< 0.05);(3) The NGF expression in gallbladder smooth muscle in control group indicated no significantly difference the bottom vs. the neck (P> 0.05); (4) The NGF expression in the nick smooth muscle indicated no significantly difference experimental group vs. control group (P>0.05);Conclusions:when gallbladder contractibility dysfunction,the NGF expression in the bottom smooth muscle of the gallbladder wall increased. It implied that the NGF expression in the bottom smooth muscle might have relationship with gallbladder contractibility.
