| Objective: To observe and analyze whether there is significant change in gallbladder contraction function after cholecystectomy, and to explore the risk factors of recurrence of gallbladder polyps after cholecystectomy. Methods: 50 patients with gallbladder polyps in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and the gallbladder contraction function and polyp recurrence were followed up.The contractile function of gallbladder was compared before and after operation.According to the recurrence,50 patients were divided into recurrence group(6 cases)and non recurrence group(44 cases). The differences of gender, age, body mass index, family history, polyp characteristics reported by preoperative color Doppler ultrasound, intraoperative blood loss and operation time, postoperative pathological type and postoperative medication between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: There was no significant change in gallbladder contractile function after gallbladder preserving surgery.Ursodeoxycholic acid and family history of gallbladder polyps were risk factors for recurrence of gallbladder polyps(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Gallbladder preserving and breath taking operation can preserve the contraction function of gallbladder.(2)No ursodeoxycholic acid and family history of gallbladder polyps were risk factors for recurrence of gallbladder polyps. |
