Acupuncture Point With Moxibustion Baihui Treat Of Vertebroarterial Cervical Spondylopathy Clinical Research

Objective:Observe acupuncture point with moxibustion baihui treat of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy clinical curative effect, evaluation of clinical application value for the clinical treatment of this disease, seeking a kind of effective treatment methods, spondylopathy mechanism. Methods:Sixty Patients with cervieal spondylopathy were from Guangzhou university of TCM affliated hospital outpatient and inpatientin patients under the premise of informed consent, according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion standard, using random single-blind method, to meet the requirements of 60 patients were divided into two groups, namely the treatment group (acupuncture combined with moxibustion hole method) to baihui, as group (simple acupuncture law). The above two groups, each group of 30 cases, each day every 10 days, treatment time 1 treatment, interval on to the next one week after treatment, a total of 2 treatment. Before and after therapy using clinical symptoms and clinical evaluation methods such as functional score compares to two groups. Results:Before treatment, there are no differences about sex, age, severity, and above for two groups (p>0.05). Treatment group of vertigo degree, after treatment with such rating index vertigo frequency control of vertigo and dizziness frequencies in the score level difference index comparison, a statistically significant (P< 0.05). The quality of life score index comparison, no statistically significant (P> 0.05). In treatment group of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy scores than control group. Conclusion: Combined moxibustion acupuncture baihui treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy can significantly improve of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy patients with symptoms and the quality of life, and has good clinical curative effect.
