Background:With the arrival of senescence in our country, hip fracture of aged people are accounted more and more in in-patients. There are two methods to treat the diseases, surgical treatment and conservative treatment. The surgical treatment can reduce the time on bed. But elderly patients because of personal physical and perioperative various factors, often appeared in postoperative psychonosema influencing operative effect and the postoperative rehabilitation. It will prolong the time in hospital, increase the medical cost, degrade the quality of life of the patient, even if increase mortality. Therefore, we should think highly of it, preserve it early and treat it in time. At present the postoperative psychonosema is still uncertain about its pathogenesis, nosogenesis and proper treatment. Domestic rarely have the incidence of postoperative psychonosema by using the retrospective statistical method. And in this respect more rare traditional Chinese medicine research report.ObjectivesThrough the statistics theory in elderly hip department fracture patients with mental disorders related indexes were retrospectively statistical ana-lysis postoperative psychonosema, concluded that the different relevant fac-tors. From this study analysis to our orthopaedic postoperative patients postoperative psychonosema incidence, influence factors and TCM syndrome. To explore reduce the incidence of the disease.MethodsThis study adopts retrospective analysis method. The older hip fracture patients with mental disorders and randomly with area at the same time other patients appear no postoperative psychonosema patients make comparisons. Collecting perioperative various indexes of the univariate and multiple Logistic. Learning logistc regression analysis with postoperative psychonosema relevant factors and the main risk factor.ResultWe collected 81 cases of hip fractures. The psychonosema group is in 15 men and 24 women. All cases'age are between 87-62. The average age is 81. All cases include femoral neck fracture at 16 s and intertrochanteric fractures at 23.About the treatment, the patient with Internal fixation are at 23 and joint replacement surgery at 16. In the non psychonosema group, we collected 42 cases in 14 males and 28 females. The oldest was 87 years and the youngest was 62 years, the average age was 76 years old, including femoral neck fracture 17 and intertrochanteric fractures 25. About the treatment, the patient with Internal fixa-tion at 29 and joint replacement surgery at 13. Studying cases of postop-erative psychonosema excessive activity 24 cases and 15 cases waned activ-ities, On 11 related indicators analyzed, including age, pain, sleep disorders, blood transfusion and electrolytes disturbance and older with hip fracture postoperative psychonosema has significant correlation. More factors for this factor regression analysis, Logistic unconditional results show that sleep disorders for the main risk factor.ConclusionThis study discusses the factors affecting possible mental disorders, and the influence factors in Logistic regression analysis, the results suggest that age, pain situation, sleep disorders, postoperative blood transfusion and electrolytes disturbance and postoperative delirium has significant correlation. And sleep disorders for first risk factors. The results also hint postoperative psychonosema with excessive activity, including main type in TCM syndrome on blood stasis syndrome, stagnation of qi syndrome, Syndrome of def-iciency of spleen-qi, main with surgery, considering the physical factors offensively and southerners, while the study also related defects existing part. This study base on collecting clinical information and using LiShu statistics objectified means postoperative delirium explores the affecting factors and preliminary card type. For further medical older hip department fracture psychiatric disorders laid a foundation.
