Objective:observe of the Compound of early diabetic nephropathy in serum levels of CRP,TNF-αand E-selectin expression, and to explore the Compound of diabetic nephropathy in early intervention and possible mechanisms.Method:Choose 45 SPF-class male GK rats. Rats with high fat diet for the rest of the modeling, after 8 weeks, take some renal pathological examination to determine the success of the modeling. Sort by fasting blood glucose level, grouped according to random number table, divided into the high and low dose grouped according to random number group. And selected 10 SD rats as the control group. They were treated with different dosed of the Compound suspension, ramipril, sterile water feeding once a day. Observeing rats at any time during the diet, drinking water, the fur, and looked, activities and mortality, measured weight and fasting blood glucose every 2 weeks. After 8 weeds, the rats measured body weight, fasting blood glucose, dissected abdominal aorta blood 5ml, determination of total cholesterol, triglycerides, serum, CRP, TNF-αand E-selectin levelsResults:Compared with control group and the treatment group, the fasting glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, CRP, TNF-αand E-selectin of model group were significantly increased(p<0.01), the weight of model group is significantly decreased than treatment group and the control group (p<0.01) the Compound with high and low doses can reduce CRP, TNF-a and E-selectin levels and improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, slow weight loss rate of diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion:The Compound can improve experimental diabetic nephropathy inflammatory response, improve glucose and lipid metabolism, reduce the rate of losing weight of diabetic nephropathy, which play the role of early diabetic nephropathy, its consolidated effective than western medicine group.
