The Clinical Comparative Study Between The Micro-needle And Facial Scraping To Cure The Facial Fat

Objective:The paper analyses 90 cases of facial fat which are treated by using Micro-needle therapy, facial scraping therapy or non-Treatment measures, compares face-lift of the clinical efficacy and safety of two therapies'safety and differences. In order to find out a way for Traditional midicine minimally invasive face-lift.Methods:The chosen 90 cases were randomized into three groups. (test group A:Micro-needle therapy group; test group B:facial scraping therapy group; test Group C:Blank control group). Then observe objective and subjective symptoms, measuere the patient's improvement before and after treatment,take records by photos and measurement data after two months. Summarize individual effect, effect of one group, comparison of groups based on objective data and photos.Results:After Two courses treatment, Micro-needle therapy group's total effective rate is 86.67% with 12 effectual cases 14 effective cases and 4 ineffective cases. facial scraping therapy group's total effective rate is 80% with 9 effectual cases 15 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases. The Blank control group's total effective rate is 3.33% with 0 effectual cases 1 effective cases and 29 ineffective cases.The chi-square test proves that total effective rate of A and B groups is obviously higher than C group witch have Statistical significance (P<0.05).After chi-square test, the total effective rates of Micro-needle therapy group and facial scraping therapy group has Statistical significance (P>0.05). Thus, its all effective to use the Micro-needle therapy and the facial scraping therapy to face-lift. The follow-up after three month display:the Long-term outcome of Micro-needle therapy group is better than facial scraping therapy group.Conclusion: The Micro-needle and facial scraping therapys are all effect on the facial fat. the Long-term outcome of Micro-needle therapy group is better than facial scraping therapy group, both of those methods should be chosen in the clinical application and promotion because they have good Clinical curative effect and no-obvious adverse effects.
