| Objective:Research the inheritance and development of schools of TCM Gynecology, academic and clinical characteristics of Sichuan after the war of opium.Methods:Make the opium war in 1840 as the starting, and take Sichuan (not including Chongqing) as geographical coordinates. Through reviewing the literature of medical history and the biographies of famous doctors. And find out the famous gynecological or the doctors who had special contributions to Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. On this basis, according to genre study inclusion criteria, I take the inclusion criteria as follows:①the experiences which passed more than 3 generations (contains 3)②make difference or special contributions to Gynecology③books which specialized in or have special contributions to Gynecology and have a certain influence. Filter out the schools which comply with the standards of the genre. By reviewing related literature writings, interviews, related people, collecting the relevant image data and so on, having the individual studying from genre formation, inheritance, academic thought and clinical experiences and representatives respectively. Analysis on the characteristics of gynecological disease's development and summarize the characteristics of formation and development, academic and clinical of entire chuan Shu School of TCM Gynecology, to explore the road the development of Chinese medicine schools. Result:①In modern history, Sichuan TCM and Sichuan gynecological had played an important role in wartime, and even became the back area in wartime, it also became the home of doctors and the place of exchanging academic thought. After establishing the state, Sichuan gynecological act as an advance party of soldiers and made a historic contribution to the inherited and development of Gynecology even TCM;②during this time, Sichuan TCM gynecological and schools were greatly developed, and Tang Zonghai, Zhuo Yunong, Wang Weichuan, and Tang Boyuan are the main schools and typical representative of this period;③not only academic but also clinical, the schools of Sichuan TCM gynecological have their own characteristics and features:although Tang Zonghai is non-limited in gynecological, its theory of " blood as root" make a great contribution to gynecological; Zhuo Yunong stressed the theory of " unity of heaven and man ", moderate qi and blood, moisten liver and kindey, harmonriz the spleen and stomach, he is good for supplement people root with flesh and blood herbs; Wang Weichuan's characteristics is pigment syndrome differentiation card, summary the general principle of internal medicine and gynecological, and he is good for treating patients with insect drugs; Tang Boyuan's characteristics is pay attention to spleen and stomach, while donot forget liver wood and middle jiao of spleen and stomach, divide to discuss differents and so on④although the schools have many different aspects in features, they are also have many common aspects, summary the characteristics of Sichuan TCM gynecological and schools in inheritance education, understand of disease awareness, clinical thinking, and select prescription;⑤compared all branch of our country, we found that the inheritance and development became the common challenges, modern Sichuan TCM gynecological main use "College training" to inheritance, while develop the way of "Apprentice" to inheritance, it is also the purpose and objective of this paper to inheritanc and development Sichuan Shu gynecological.Conclusion:①After opium war, Tang Zonghai, Zhuo Yunong, Wang Weichuan, and Tang Boyuan are the main representative schools in Sichuan Shu TCM gynecological;②The schools has their features respectively, and also have common characteristics, which is the inheritance, and academic thought, and clinical experience of features of the entire Sichuan Shu TCM gynecological;③currently, inheritance education problem is the common challenge in schools development, find out the way to get continue development education mode is the key point to solve the problem of Sichuan Shu gynecological schools development;④TCM gynecological schools inheritance education mode had experienced from "traditional Apprentice" to "College collective training", then to "early college training, and then apprentice education". |
