Study On Related Factors Of Blood Donation Behavior

Objective: To investigate and analysis Influential factors and restrictive factors of Blood donation behavior, to explore the target-oriented measures and methods of Blood donors recruitment ,and to offer scientific basis for making policy of Blood donation and promote the healthy development of voluntary blood donation.Methods: (1) Quantitative investigation based: In a unified form of the total quantity of blood that was donated free and used for medical in the Blood Center s (Central blood banks ) of sample area to do the materials collection. Using questionnaires, investigate the donor and nondoner, and pay high attention to donors'concerns ,motivations and satisfaction ,and nondoner motivations.(2) Qualitative investigation support base on semi-structured interview.To know The overall situation ,Work experience and difficulties of blood donation from Blood Center's leaderships (Managements ). To know Work experience and difficulties of Blood collection, and to know donors'concerns and Factors affecting its continued blood donation from workers of Blood Collections .Results: (1)Overall Chongqing blood donation was in good condition,the total quantity of blood collected Can meet the clinical needs basically.However,the balance of supply and demand is instability and Blood emergency occurs Sometimes . (2)Donors'sex, age, occupation, education, income all can impact on blood donation behavior .Male, young, Fixed workers , Highly educated people and high-income earners are main force for the blood donation. (3) The level of understanding of blood donation Influence of blood donation behavior.(4)Motivation impact on the will of donation and Strengthen of the motivation depends on Publicity.(5) Services of blood donation process decide blood donors' satisfaction and Influence of blood donation again.(6)Government does not have paid enough attention,Legislation lags behind ,Related departments does not play its due role and the health sector are weak .All these reasons lead to the limited effectiveness of blood donation. (7)Generally speaking, Publicity has the following disadvantages Such as intensityis Small, Object is narrow andContent is incomplete.Rural farmers and students who are the reserve forces of blood have not be promoted targeted .(8)Blood Bank needs to further strengthen the construction of hardware and software,and promote the development of blood donation Depend on technological progress and management innovation.Conclusion: Overall Chongqing blood donation was in good condition,the total quantity of blood collected Can meet the clinical needs basically.however,Blood donors is not stable enough and the total quantity of blood that was donated free fluctuates Largely.propaganda of blood donors is a major component of blood donation and It is aslo the primary problem to be solved and used to expand the current work .Positive Development of blood donation requires the joint efforts of all parties .
