Objective:Thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) production and autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) are highly correlated. This study was aimed to understand the serum thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb), thyroid microsomal antibody (TMAb), TPOAb in AITD in the TPOAb-positive population changes and the incidence of AITD and sex, age, TPOAb levels associated with AITD occurred sex. Methods:According to T3, T4, TSH results of 140 cases of physical examination in June 2010 the Court crowd into hyperthyroid group (40 cases), a low group (50 cases), normal thyroid function group (50 cases) groups to compare three group of human serum TGAb, TMAb, TPOAb positive rate and antibody levels. And compare hyperthyroidism, a low serum TPOAb positive population by age, sex and disease ratio. Results:The hyperthyroid group, a low positive rate of TPOAb group (77.5%,98.0%) were significantly higher than the same group TGAb positive rate (32.5%,50.0%) and TMAb positive rate (57.5%,76.0%); three The positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies and antibody-positive population were higher than the corresponding control group; TPOAb positive people to sex ratio of 1:6.27, the average age of 50.31 years hypothyroidism, TPOAb positive people with 76.20% risk of AITD. Conclusion:TPOAb in the diagnosis of AITD is more representative of significance; gender, age, serum TPOAb levels were produced with the AITD's have some relevance; so as to AITD in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis provided an important basis.
