TPOAb And Positive TGAb Crowd Of TCM Constitution Research

Objective: This study using clinical epidemiological investigation met hod,by filling in the way of TCM constitution scale,to explore the po sitive TPOAb and TGAb crowd of TCM constitution type distribution c haracteristics and its relationship with related indicators,application of s tatistical analysis of the disease susceptible and related factors of knowl edge,and to explore ways to improve their biased constitution,provides the effective basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods: Select in October 2013 to October 2013 clinic in our ho spital outpatient and ward,accord with standard of into a crowd of 450 cases of TCM constitution type investigation.And randomly selected 450 cases of TPOAb,TGAb negative health age population as the contr ol group,physical type investigation.Study of TPOAb and TGAb positiv e crowd of TCM constitution type distribution;Analysis of gender,age,BMI,occupation,smoking,drinking alcohol,lipid,thyroid hormone,th yroid antibody of TPOAb,the influence of positive TGAb crowd of T CM constitution.Results: 1.450 cases of positive TPOAb and TGAb crowd types a nd 450 cases of TPOAb and TGAb negative health crowd physical typ e,qi deficiency qi depression quality,quality,Yin quality,peaceful qual itative difference(P < 0.05),Yang deficiency,phlegm wet mass,damp and hot,blood stasis,the great mass is no statistical difference(P > 0.05);450 cases of TPOAb Yin deficiency,a positive TGAb crowd 66 c ases,accounted for 14.67%,Yang deficiency quality 45 cases(14.67%),deficiency of 72 cases,accounting for 16%,qi depression 99 case s,accounting for 22%,and 63 cases,accounting for 14%,phlegmy wet33 cases,accounted for 7.33%,hot and humid 43 cases,accounted f or 9.33%,blood stasis is qualitative,the great mass all 15 cases,accou nting for 3.33%.2.450 cases of TPOAb and TGAb positive crowd,male 105 cases(23.33%),female 345 cases(76.67%),the male to female ratio is about 1:3.29;The average age of 41.73±28.86 years old.TPOAb positive TGAb me n and women in the crowd and body type more difference(P < 0.05),the male is given priority to with hot and humid,phlegm wet mass,women to qi depression,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,gentle temperament.3.TPOAb physical distribution,a positive TGAb crowd each age differ ences(P < 0.05),people aged 15 to 34 constitutional type from more t o stasis,mass;35to 54 years old crowd of TCM constitution type from more to less di stribution for qi deficiency qi depression quality > Yang deficiency qua lity quality,Yin quality quality > damp and hot is gentle quality,and t he blood stasis quality > phlegm wet mass,the great mass;55 ~ 74 gr oups of TCM constitution type by the many to the few distribution is phlegmy wet mass > Yin quality > gentle temperament > qi deficiency,Yang deficiency quality > air quality > mass of damp and hot,blood stasis,the great mass.4.TPOAb,positive TGAb crowd of TCM constitution of different prof essions distribution differences(P < 0.05),the staff to qi depression co nstitution types of qualitative,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency is qualitativ e,gentle temperament,student quality,deficiency of quality,quality of damp and hot,gentle quality is given priority to,farmers with Yin defi ciency,Yang deficiency quality is given priority to,other professional n ine kinds of physical distribution more uniform.5.Body mass index of TPOAb,a positive TGAb crowd physical distri bution have effects of traditional Chinese medicine(P < 0.05),BMI <18.5 TCM constitution type to qi depression and mass,mass qi deficien cy,Yin deficiency,and quality is given priority to;18.5 or less BMI <24,TCM constitution type to qi depression,qi deficiency,Yin deficien cy,Yang deficiency,and quality is given priority to;Or less BMI < 24,28,a BMI of 28 or TCM constitution type is given priority to with mass phlegmy wet,hot and humid.6.Smoking,drinking alcohol for TPOAb,positive TGAb crowd of TC M constitution type distribution has an effect(P < 0.05),smokers const itution types in hot and humid,phlegm wet quality,Yin quality;Drinki ng crowd constitutional type is given priority to with hot and humid q uality,Yin quality.450 cases of TPOAb,TGA positive people qi defici ency,Yin deficiency,qi depression,blood stasis,phlegm wet mass with exercise.7.450 cases of TPOAb positive TGAb crowd in 235 patients with hyp erthyroidism,154 cases of merger JiaJian,and 61 cases of normal we,and each group of traditional Chinese medicine physique overall distribu tion difference(P < 0.05),including hyperthyroidism to qi depression,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency is qualitative,JiaJian to qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency is qualitative,normal we give priority to with gentle temperament.450 cases of TPOAb was 103 cases,a pos itive TGAb crowd merged thyroid nodules,in hot and humid,phlegm wet mass,qi depression quality mainly.8.450 cases of TPOAb,TGAb,TPOAb in the crowd for various types of health,the overall level of TGAb difference(P < 0.05),compared with qi depression is qualitative,the rest of the eight types of physical TPOAb,TGAb level significantly decreased(P < 0.05).9.450 cases of TPOAb,positive TGAb crowd among physical choleste rol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)comparative difference(P < 0.05);And high-density lipoprotein chol esterol(HDL-C)in the constitutional type is no difference(P > 0.05);Phlegmy wet,hot and humid mass TC,TG in nine constitution the hi ghest level,and higher than the normal reference value,blood stasis qu alitative LDL-C highest in nine kinds of physical fitness.conclusion :1.TPOAb and positive TGAb crowd to qi depression,deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency of main physical type.2.Gender,age,BMI,occupation,smoking,drinking alcohol for TPOAb and influential positive TGAb crowd of traditional Chinese medicine physique overall distribution;Salt intake have an impact on qualitative,Yin deficiency and blood stasis is qualitative;Activity of qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,qi depression,blood stasis and phlegm wet mass.
