A Comparative Study On The Self-made Imaging Needle Cholangiography And Traditional Cholangiography During Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To study the advantages and disadvantages of the self-made imaging needle cholangiography and traditional cholangiography during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Compare the time spending ,success rate and complication in intraoperative cholangiography of the Self-made imaging needle cholangiography and two traditional cholangiography during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results The time of Self-made imaging needle cholangiography group was 3.00±1.12, two traditional cholangiography groups were 15.50±3.95 and 14.00±3.37, the time of Self-made imaging needle cholangiography group were significantly less than the traditional cholangiography groups (P <0.01), the success rate of self-made imaging needle cholangiography group was 100%, there was no complications happened, a case of bile leakage and two cases of failed intubation in traditional cholangiography groups,the method of self-made imaging needle cholangiography is time saving and convenient,then postoperative recovery was favorable.Conclusions the method of self-made imaging needle cholangiography can save more time and be more convenient,The application in various levels of hospitals is easier, specially in basic hospitals.
