| Objective: To oberve the clinical symptom changes in patients with MG who are treated with jili health drinking and test those people's celluar immunology and observation cd4,cd8.cd4/cd8 in the blood to know the approach of the drug.Method: 30 cases of I or II type patients in the hospital of Heilongjiang province of chinese medicine research institute in period 2010-01 to 2011-01 were arbitrarily davided into experimental group(15 cases) and control group(15 cases).These patients in experimental group were given jili health drinking and pyridostigmine bromide,The patients in control group were given only pyridostigmine. All clinical symptom changes of each patient were recorded after given medicine and cd4,cd8,cd4/cd8 in blood were measured before therapy and after treatment in six months.Results:The clinical treatment groups comparison (P<0.05),absolute and opposite grade comparison(P<0.05),Chinese medicine symptoms sum grad comparison(P<0.05),and chinese medicine symptoms comparison(P<0.05),cd8 in blood,cd4/cd8 value change in the centul group are different in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine treatment with jili health drinking for MG has good clinical effect and can adjust the body's immune system. |
