Clinical Observation Of Compound Huangqi Granules Combined With Pyridostigmine Bromide In The Treatment Of Ophthalmic Myasthenia Gravis

Purpose:Objective to study the clinical effect of compound Huang Qi granule combined with pyridinium bromide on ophthalmomyasthenia gravis,and to find a new treatment for ocular myasthenia gravis.Material and method:Collect 60 cases of myasthenia gravis patients to voluntarily enrolled,the way of randomized 60 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group used compound Engelhardtia granules with pyridostigmine bromide Meiji treatment,while the control group only used for treatment of Ming pyridostigmine bromide,30 cases of test group 12 cases were male,18 were female,the average age at the age of 18-80,at the age of 54.53,duration 2-36 months;30 cases in control group: male 17 cases,female 13 cases,average age at the age of 18-80 years old,56.47 years old,the course of 2-36 months.Before treatment and after 6 months of treatment,two groups of patients with myasthenia gravis absolute score and TCM symptom score scale before and after treatment,comparison between the two groups were compared to determine the efficacy difference between the two groups of drug application,all the statistical chrysanthemum applications SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical processing of data,first of all the normal distribution test,when the sample accord with the normal distribution when using the t test,do not accord with normal distribution using the rank sum test required data,measurement data with standard deviation,chi square test,to when P is less than 0.05 showed a statistically difference.Meaning.Results:1.statistical analysis of two groups of patients’ gender,age,ocular myopathy myasthenia gravis clinical absolute score and TCM symptom score,P value is greater than 0.05,indicating that the experimental group is comparable with the control group,which can be compared with data analysis.2.after treatment,ocular myopathy myasthenia gravis treatment,statistics of two groups of patients after the clinical absolute scores and scores of TCM symptoms,the data after analysis of test group and control group in the Western absolute score compared with the data before and after the symptom score after treatment showed that the P value of less than 0.05,said the effect of Ming test group and control group have certain.3.the experimental group and the control group between the two groups after the clinical absolute scores and TCM symptoms score data indicate P < 0.05,with a statistically significant difference between the experimental group compared with control group,Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has better clinical effect than the simple use of Western medicine in the treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis.Conclusion:1.compound Huang Qi granule combined with pyridinium bromide has obvious curative effect in the treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis,and provides a new therapy for this disease.
