Observation treatment and clinical symptoms of chinese medicine and calm heart rate, dECG total heart rate. And follow-up treatment within 1 month, dECG total heart rate changes. Results: Chinese medicine symptoms of the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.9%; control group, the total effective rate was 51.5%, the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05); calm patients with the treatment group and the control group, heart rate increased significantly, there are not significant differences(P>0.05); the two groups are able to raise the heart rate in patients with dECG total heart rate (P<0.05); but follow-up treatment within 1 month, dECG total heart rate changes. No significant increase in the treatment group and there is still a slow increase in heart rate that the treatment group than the control group to increase the role of strong and solid. Conclusion: The application of randomized controlled study on the aconiteandasarum treatment bradyarrhythmia have a positive effect, can improve the clinieal symptoms and improve quality of life in patients; Aconiteandasarum can enhance heart rate of the patients of bradyarrhythmia, include 24-hour total heart rate, calm heart rate. And possess the better prospective effectiveness, the research shows the great advantage and potential of Chinese medicine in bradycardia.
