Study In Urban And Rural Medical Security Institutional Transition Of Guangdong

As our country's economy develop rapidly, the construction of medical security system is proceeding much more fast. From the beginning of the republic, our urban and rural medical security institution is experiencing a series of institutional transition,forming medical security system covering urban and rural residents. The way of urban medical security institutional transition is imposed institutional change dominated, but the way of rural's is induced institutional change dominated. At present, our medical security instiution has become a binary partition, caused medical resource not distributed and balanced between urban and rural area. This article based on overall review of existing research achievement and made use of new-institutinal economics's institutional change theory to build medical security institutional change analysis frame. And then, this thesis targets to analyse Guangdong medical securtiy institution, from gambling, supply and demand, institution itself angles to study instututional transition reasons, desigen gamepay-offmatrix to probe into diffrientiation reasons of institutional change ways, sumamarize path dependencies: unbalanced econmy, local innovation, government dominancy, lack gambling. At last, this paper analyse what Guangdong urban and rural medical security system can learn from domestic and foreign medical security institution reform, and then proposes some improvement suggetion to reform Guangdong medical security system.
