| With the increase of clinical surgery, the wound infection after the surgery becomes a tricky problem which threats the patients'health and life seriously in clinical surgery. In the healing process, the detection of wound infection status is very important for guiding the clinical use drug reasonably and preventing the complications.Based on electromagnetism and human anatomy, this paper studies the electric properties of the structure of skin tissue and achieves the simulation of noninvasive detection of subcutaneous pustule and wound infection. This paper provides theoretical basis for the development of noninvasive detection technology of wound infection. The electric properties of biological tissue is researched systematically, and it is combined with electromagnetic field theory, confirmed the equation and boundary conditions in the simulation of biological tissue electromagnetic field. The mathematical model of the study object is established, and the electromagnetic field distribution of target area is solved with the finite element method. This paper selects human abdomen as the research object, discusses the simplified calculation problem of the model, and establishes the ideal simplified model of human abdomen superficial tissue.Using finite element analysis software ANSYS establishes two kinds of simulation model-model without infection pustule and model with infection pustule. This paper discusses the influence of three different mesh ways for the calculation results and finds the best one for this research. This paper simulates and calculates the two kinds of model, the internal electric field distribution rule, the electric potential distribution curves and the electric potential variation rule are found. The size of the infection pustule adumbrative the difference of infection degree, according to this problem simulate the electric field distributions rules of different models with different pustule radius or different pustule depth. Find the positioning method of pustule through simulate and analysis different pustule position. |
