Clinical Research Of LISS Plate In The Treatment Of Distal Femoral Fractures

Objective:LISS plate compared with anatomical plate in treatment of distal femoral fractures, concluded Treatment.Methods:Collect 40 patients with distal femoral fractures who met the inclusion criteria from Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic from 2008.9 to 2010.3.There were 20 cases with LISS plate fixation and 20 cases with Anatomical plate fixation, and they were up to the fracture healing standard after treatment. All patients were followed up after treatment, 2 groups of patients were evaluated the knee function with HSS Score Standard 1 year later .Compare incision length, Blood loss, operative time, and knee function .Results:LISS plate and anatomic plate in treatment of distal femoral fractures both get significant effect, Excellent rates were 85% and 80% respectively. LISS plate group and anatomical plate group compared knee score was no significant statistical difference (P> 0.05). LISS plate group is better in the incision length, blood loss and operative time than anatomical plate group .There were significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion:LISS plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures with less trauma than the anatomical plate, less damage to the local blood supply , two kinds of treatment options for long-term effect of distal femoral fractures and functional recovery in patients with no significant effect.
