objective:Follow-the guidance of activating blood dredging collaterals method to compatibility of medicines,and discuss the application in traumatic fracture and soft tissue injury of this method By observing the changes of TNF-【I.IL-6 and bone mineral density(BMD)which are in the process of rat'S fracture healing,the repair effect of soft tissue injury rats in hemorheology,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice,to study the mechanism of treating traumatic fracture and soft tissue injure with the activating blood dredging collaterals method And discuss the mechanism of Jiegu paste in treating traumatic fracture and soft tissue injury,and providing a theoretical basis for activating blood dredging collaterals methodMethods:(1)Through arranging documentation,generalize the theoretical basisof activating blood dredging collaterals method in traumatic fracture and soft tissueinjury.(2)The experiment of promoting fracture healing:After the fracture model inrats successful,the Jiegu paste group were deposited in the aflected area with Chineseherbal medicine Jiegu paste,bandaged and fixed;the control group does not use anydrugs,bandaged and fixed Inspect the bone mineral density(BMD)and serumTNF一Ⅱ,IL一6at the second,fourth and sixth vceek(3)The experiment of repaireffect in soft tissue injury:After the soft tissue injury model in rats successful,theanimals were fed with normal saline,Jiegu paste of high,medium and low dose andShangke Jiegu tablet for 4 days Calculate the injury syndrome index and test thehemorheology.(4)Anti-inflammatory and analogical experiments:①Xylene-inducedear swelling test:In addition to the group administered with dexaanethasone at the testday,the other groups were fed continuously 4 days The model group vcas fed withthe same amount of saline After 30 minutes of the last time,inflamed with xylene,count the ear swelling degree of animals in each group②Hot-plate test:Select micewhose pain threshold are within 5-30 S,in addition to the morphine groupadministered by intraperitoneal injection at the same day,the other groups were fedcontinuously for 4 days The model group were fed with the same amount of salineAfter the last time,calculate and record the pain threshold at 30,60,90,120 minutes(5)Statistical analysis:All dates were expressed with x±s,compared the differencesamong the groups with T testResults:(1)Activating blood dredging collaterals method applied to the entireprocess of fractures and soft tissue injury(2)The effects on bone mineral density(BMD):At the end of the second vceel~the result showed that the Jiegu paste group "was not better than the control group on the degree of BMD,there"was not asignificant difference rJD>O 05,Atthe end ofthe fourth w-eek~the result showedthat the Jiegu paste group"was better than the control group on the degree of BMD,there"was a significant difference rJDO 05);After the second day of treating,the injury syndrome index in each group increased,compared with the same period of the control group,the Shangke Jiegu tablet groupand the high dose group were significantly different rJDO 05)on the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity(6)The effects on ear swelling of xylene-induced:Thedexamethasone group and Jiegu paste of water decoction of high-dose group hadobvious inhibitory efl'ect Compared with the saline group,there is a very significantdifference(JD
