Study On The Fingerprints Chromatogram Of Cordyceps Sinensis And Herbal Medicine

This paper consists of three chapters.In the chapter,we set forth the definition and character,summarize the function and meaning of the chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine,and introduce the actuality of the study on traditional Chinese medicine.In chapter two, the fingerprint chromatogram of Cordyceps sinensis was established by HPLC,CE. Establish the muitidimensional fingerprint chromatogram of Cordyceps sinensis.Integration method of HPLC and CE is employed in the study of different character contents and chemical components in Cordyceps sinensis can be reflected overall.In the last chapter, the fingerprint chromatogram of ginseng was established by CE. At present we have studied Ginseng by GC and HS-GC.
