Objectives:To research the extract methods and different proportion of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.-Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels. herbal pair. To establish the best pre paration method,quality standards and fingerprints chromatogram Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.-Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels. This study seeks to clarify the princ iples of their combination and provide scientific basis for the development of n ew drugs.Methods:The drug in the chemical composition of the content as ginsenoside Rgi、 Re and Rbi in Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. and ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels. to determine the preparation method and the best combined ratio; using L9(34) orthogonal design,selected the most best extraction technology;the use of HPLC of extracts of drug quality standards for research;the use of high-performance liquid chromatography of drugs for fingerprints chromatogram.Results:l.To determine the content of ginsenoside Rgi、Re and Rbi and ferulic aci d by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and HPLC, we get the best distill method and the best matching proportion.It is ethanol combined extract and1:2matching proportion,2.We get the optimize the extract condition of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.-Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels. herbal pair by orthogonal design. It is90%etha nol(10times),extraction times(2times),extraction hours(2h).The quality standards was established by TLC and HPLC. The content of ginsenoside Rgi^Re and Rbi of this product is higher than4.0mg/g、2.0mg/g、2.0mg/g. The content of ferulic acid of this product is higher than0.2mg/g.3.The proportion of different combinations of drugs on the high-performan ce liquid extract fingerprint line drawing, select the12peak in a representative composition of the reference peak to determine the compatibility of their quali ty provide the basis for stability.Conclusion:The subject of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.-Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels. he rbal pair by two extraction methods had a taste, the best combined ratio and t he choice of extraction and tentative quality standards and its fingerprint chrom atogram,method stability and feasible for development and application of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.-Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels. herbal pair in traditional Chi nese medicine compound to lay a solid foundation,...
