| Davidia involucrate belongs to Davidiaceae. It is a defoliated arbor endemic to china, and was listed in the national first level of protection of rare and endangered plants. Davidia involucrate, with natural distribution mainly in the southwest of the country, at 700-2500 m thick mountains. The dried leaves of Davidia involucrate was extracted with MeOH at room temperature in this paper. The exact was evaporated with vacuo to yield a residue which was exacted partitioned with H2O. With application of various of liquid phase chromatographic techniques, including molecular sieve chromatography, reversed phase chromatography, silica gel chromatography, and different gradient solvent systems, also with HPLC. 5 compounds were isolated and purified from the residue. All of these compounds have been identified by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques, including 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and ROESY.Five compounds were identified as follows: Compound 1: 2-(4-(4-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-hexahydrofuro[3,4-c]furan-1-yl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy)-6-(hydroxymethyl)-tetrahydro-2H-pyran-3,4,5-triol Compound 2: Dihydrodehydrodiconifery1 alcohol 4′-O-β-D-xyloside Compound 3: (2S,3R)-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-7-ol Compound 4: Glochidioboside Compound 5: Dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol... |
